Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team to ensure seamless store operations and exceptional customer service
• Recruit, assess, and onboard new teammates to maintain optimal staffing levels
• Drive store business results and critical metrics, including sales, budgeting, and planning
• Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor
• Equip employees with the necessary tools and training to succeed in their daily responsibilities
• Implement service principles and represent the global culture of sport and the NIKE brand

Requirements

• 4 years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution, employee coaching, and counseling
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
