Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience to drive profitable sales growth.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching and performance management to motivate and retain top talent.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and personalized customer engagement.
• Implement company selling strategies and maintain visual standards through flawless plan-o-gram execution.
• Analyze business metrics and create action plans to meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
• Manage operational tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
