Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving profitable sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing a high-performing retail team.
• Provide coaching and performance management to motivate and retain top talent.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards program and implement company selling strategies.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
• Analyze business metrics to create action plans and ensure effective operational execution.
• Manage scheduling to ensure proper floor coverage while meeting payroll targets.
• Support inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention measures.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
