About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and develop deep product knowledge
- Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of operations, including opening and closing the store
- Coach, train, recruit, and hire store personnel to ensure peak performance
- Drive financial objectives and manage CRM data, inventory, and revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional working environment
- Monitor merchandise for cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display
- Perform watch services, including sizing and battery changes as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Strong selling and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (Word/Excel)
- Ability to maintain an organized and detail-oriented workflow
- Open availability, including weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury or specialty retail (watch, fine jewelry, fashion, or cosmetics)
