Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and develop complete merchandise knowledge
• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of operations, including opening and closing the store
• Coach, train, recruit, and hire store personnel to ensure peak performance
• Drive financial objectives and ensure effective management of inventory and revenue
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional working environment
• Implement CRM data capture, merchandising, and loss prevention programs
• Monitor merchandise cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display
• Perform watch services, including sizing and battery changes as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Strong selling and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail preferred
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Open availability, including weekends and evenings
