About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and develop deep product knowledge
- Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of operations, including opening and closing the store
- Coach, train, and recruit store personnel to ensure peak performance and sales success
- Manage CRM data capture, inventory, revenue, merchandising, and loss prevention programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional working environment
- Monitor merchandise for cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display
- Perform watch services, including sizing and battery changes as needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail management experience
- Strong selling, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Open availability and flexibility to work weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in watch, fine jewelry, fashion, accessories, or luxury retail
