Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, staffing, and training
  • Deliver and model exceptional, personalized customer service
  • Provide daily coaching and on-the-floor leadership to the sales team
  • Manage store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training sales associates
  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and brand-aligned retail environment
  • Manage stockroom organization and product replenishment
  • Execute floor sets and visual displays in line with brand standards

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience
  • Prior leadership or assistant management experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, tablets, and POS systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
