Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by delivering an elevated and personalized customer experience
• Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and daily operational tasks
• Foster customer relationships through coaching the team on styling, trends, and selling techniques
• Build a client book to drive repeat traffic and long-term engagement
• Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing available digital tools and technology
• Maintain high standards of customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail days
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Authorization to work in the United States
