Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by delivering an elevated and luxury customer experience
• Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
• Coach the team on current fashion trends, styling, and effective selling techniques
• Build and maintain a client book to drive repeat traffic and engagement
• Foster customer relationships and drive omnichannel sales using available technology
• Ensure high standards of customer service through effective leadership and multitasking

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail days
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Authorization to work in the United States
