About the role
Responsibilities
- Support store management in all operational aspects, including customer service excellence and profit growth
- Lead and coach the store team to achieve company goals and KPIs
- Drive sales performance through client profiling, new customer acquisition, and relationship building
- Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and operational standards
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Handle customer complaints promptly and communicate feedback to headquarters
- Manage staff scheduling and labor optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze KPIs
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Understanding of local market trends and retail challenges
