Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support store management in all operational aspects, including customer service excellence and profit growth
• Lead and coach the store team to achieve company goals and KPIs
• Drive sales performance through client profiling, new customer acquisition, and relationship building
• Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and operational standards
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Handle customer complaints promptly and communicate feedback to headquarters
• Manage staff scheduling and labor optimization
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze KPIs
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Understanding of local market trends and retail challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching a new business or working within a high-growth company
• Proven track record in visual merchandising and inventory management
