About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to validate the quality of the in-store customer experience and uphold selling standards
- Maximize achievement of KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, and NPS
- Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and back-of-house flow for order fulfillment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and retail campaign execution
- Support team onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance assessments
- Mitigate product loss and manage operational risks
Requirements
- Financial management experience with success in driving sales and managing budgets
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating teams
- Solid understanding of high-quality customer experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Experience opening a new store from scratch
- Experience working at a start-up or fast-growing company
