Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional retail experience and support store leadership with day-to-day operations
• Drive sales performance and meet KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, and NPS
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and back-of-house order fulfillment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute retail campaigns
• Support team engagement through onboarding, training, and performance assessments
• Manage store scheduling and mitigate product loss/shrink

Requirements

• Financial management experience including driving sales and managing payroll budgets
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating teams
• Solid understanding of high-quality customer experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Experience opening a new store from scratch
• Background working at a start-up or fast-growing company
