About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional retail experience and support store leadership with day-to-day operations
- Drive sales performance and meet KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, and NPS
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and back-of-house order fulfillment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute retail campaigns
- Support team engagement through onboarding, training, and performance assessments
- Manage store scheduling and mitigate product loss/shrink
Requirements
- Financial management experience including driving sales and managing payroll budgets
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating teams
- Solid understanding of high-quality customer experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Experience opening a new store from scratch
- Background working at a start-up or fast-growing company
