Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional retail experience and support store leadership with day-to-day operations
• Drive sales performance and meet KPIs including customer retention, conversion rates, and NPS
• Oversee inventory control, monthly cycle counts, and back-of-house order fulfillment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, brand presentation, and retail campaign execution
• Support people management through onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance assessments
• Mitigate product loss and manage administrative shrink

Requirements

• Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating a team
• Solid understanding of high-quality customer experience delivery
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Experience opening a new store from scratch
• Experience working at a start-up or fast-growing company
