About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to validate the quality of the in-store customer experience and uphold selling expectations
  • Maximize achievement of KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, and NPS
  • Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and back-of-house flow for order fulfillment
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and retail campaign execution
  • Support team onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance assessments
  • Partner with the Store Manager on financial management, payroll budgets, and expense control

Requirements

  • Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating a team
  • Solid understanding of high-quality customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment
  • Experience opening a new store from scratch
  • Experience working at a start-up or fast-growing company
