Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Represent the Store Manager during their absence
• Support the management of daily operational business
• Provide expert sales advice to customers across all product categories, including apparel, footwear, and hardware
• Ensure high service standards through active customer care and multi-customer handling
• Maintain optimal product presentation following visual merchandising guidelines
• Manage assortment maintenance and stock management on the sales floor
• Handle cash transactions responsibly
• Professionally manage customer complaints and returns
• Support the store in achieving sales and service targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, ideally within the sports, outdoor, or textile sectors
• Strong sales and service orientation
• Passion for personal customer consultation and interaction
• Responsible, independent, and reliable working style
• High resilience and strong teamwork skills
• Genuine interest in the outdoor industry and identification with Mammut brand values
