Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the deputy for the Store Manager during their absence
• Sell high-quality Mammut products to customers
• Provide expert advice and support to our international clientele
• Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising
• Participate in inventory management and stock maintenance

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or a comparable field
• Experience in sports retail is preferred
• A strong passion and enthusiasm for the outdoor industry and our products
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays
• Good proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
