About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the deputy for the Store Manager during their absence
- Sell high-quality Mammut products to customers
- Provide expert advice and support to our international clientele
- Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising
- Participate in inventory management and stock maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or a comparable field
- Experience in sports retail is preferred
- A strong passion and enthusiasm for the outdoor industry and our products
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays
- Good proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
