Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
  • Showcase leadership behaviours to develop, motivate, and inspire the team
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment/deliveries

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of management or supervisor experience

  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
  • Strong customer and team focus
  • A genuine passion for retail
