About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
- Showcase leadership behaviours to develop, motivate, and inspire the team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment/deliveries
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of management or supervisor experience
- Experience in coaching and developing a team
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
- Strong focus on customer service and team collaboration
- A genuine passion for the retail industry
