About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the Grafton store
- Showcase leadership behaviors to develop, motivate, and inspire the team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to all shoppers
- Support all elements of store operations, including processing transactions, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment/deliveries
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of management or supervisor experience
- Proven experience in coaching and developing a team
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
- Strong focus on both customer service and team collaboration
- A genuine passion for the retail industry
