Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets
• Keep team focused on guest engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge
• Maximize sales performance through coaching and leading by example
• Assist in hiring, training, developing, and motivating team members
• Support the Store Manager with ordering, inventory management, and daily operations
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Enforce all company policies, procedures, and operational directives

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)
• Ability to perform frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, and stooping
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
