Work with the Store Manager to motivate the team and coach new and existing members
Open and close the store independently to ensure smooth daily operations
Engage with guests, share brand stories, and recommend products based on needs
Handle in-store guest issues and answer questions regarding merchandise and policies
Process transactions accurately on the POS system
Maintain sales floor standards through visual merchandising and stock management
Support operational tasks including inventory intake, cycle counts, and tracking sales KPIs
Plan and execute in-store activations, community events, and brand partnerships
Manage cash handling, security, and compliance with company safety standards
Act as the Store Manager when required

2+ years in a retail leadership role (Assistant Store Manager, Key Holder, or similar)
Strong guest service mindset and ability to build connections
Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management
Passion for retail marketing, events, or social media
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and adjust to business needs
