About the role
Responsibilities
- Work with the Store Manager to motivate the team and coach new members
- Open and close the store independently to ensure smooth daily operations
- Engage with guests, share brand stories, and recommend products
- Handle guest issues and process transactions accurately via POS
- Maintain sales floor visual merchandising, stock levels, and backstock
- Support inventory management, including cycle counts and reporting discrepancies
- Assist with in-store activations, community events, and brand partnerships
- Manage cash handling, security, and compliance with company policies
- Act as the Store Manager when required
Requirements
- 2+ years in a retail leadership role (Assistant Store Manager, Key Holder, or similar)
- Strong guest service mindset and ability to build connections
- Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management
- Passion for retail marketing, events, or social media
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and adjust to business needs
- Alignment with values of kindness, positivity, and community-driven retail
