About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Store Manager to motivate the team and coach new members
  • Open and close the store independently to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Engage with guests, share brand stories, and recommend products
  • Handle guest issues and process transactions accurately via POS
  • Maintain sales floor visual merchandising, stock levels, and backstock
  • Support inventory management, including cycle counts and reporting discrepancies
  • Assist with in-store activations, community events, and brand partnerships
  • Manage cash handling, security, and compliance with company policies
  • Act as the Store Manager when required

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a retail leadership role (Assistant Store Manager, Key Holder, or similar)
  • Strong guest service mindset and ability to build connections
  • Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Passion for retail marketing, events, or social media
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and adjust to business needs
  • Alignment with values of kindness, positivity, and community-driven retail
