Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving operational excellence, team development, and financial growth
• Manage store operations including payroll, cash handling, and inventory control
• Assist in hiring, training, and retaining a high-performing retail staff
• Execute flawless visual merchandising standards and follow corporate direction
• Coach and develop team members to increase product knowledge and sales skills
• Manage minor employee relations issues and ensure adherence to company policies
• Lead the merchandising team to accomplish productivity goals and inventory management processes

Requirements

• 3 years of progressively responsible retail leadership experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong experience in retail apparel
• Proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training sales associates
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn new computer programs quickly and demonstrate strong judgment and discretion
