Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to grow sales and analyze data to drive revenue growth
- Mentor and motivate team members by providing guidance and leading by example
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and uphold high brand standards
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment
- Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Associate Store Manager
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience
- Proven skills in coaching and training team members
- Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 40 lbs
- Physical ability to move constantly, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders
- Ability to exhibit discretion, professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy
