Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop the store team through training, coaching, and performance management
• Implement business strategies and operational excellence to drive financial growth and brand equity
• Manage store operations including payroll, cash handling, inventory control, and opening/closing procedures
• Lead the merchandising team to execute visual standards and maintain housekeeping excellence
• Create a high-energy consumer experience by modeling service behaviors and resolving customer concerns
• Supervise the store team and assume responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive retail leadership experience
• Proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training employees
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and climbing ladders
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED preferred
