About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and implement new business opportunities
- Provide daily and weekly sales targets to the sales team to drive store results
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by preparing reports and action plans for the Store Manager
- Manage store costs and operations, including stock, payroll, and administrative processes
- Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
- Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Ensure high standards of Visual Merchandising are maintained throughout the store
Requirements
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff development
- Strong background in customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage and drive KPIs and sales targets
- Experience in store operations, including stock management and administrative tasks
- Passion for the brand and alignment with company values
