Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and implement new business opportunities
• Provide daily and weekly sales targets to the sales team to drive store results
• Monitor KPIs and team performance by preparing reports and action plans for the Store Manager
• Manage store costs and operations, including stock, payroll, and administrative processes
• Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
• Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Ensure high standards of Visual Merchandising are maintained throughout the store

Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership and staff development
• Strong background in customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and drive KPIs and sales targets
• Experience in store operations, including stock management and administrative tasks
• Passion for the brand and alignment with company values
