Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
• Provide daily and weekly sales targets to the store team to improve performance
• Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and developing action plans
• Control costs and store operations, including stock management, payroll, admin, and rotas
• Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
• Assume full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
• Ensure strong visual standards are maintained across the store

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and previous experience leading and developing a team
• Experience working to and driving KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proven experience managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties
• Ability to motivate and drive a team to exceed performance goals
