About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
- Provide daily and weekly sales targets to the store team to improve performance
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and developing action plans
- Control costs and store operations, including stock management, payroll, admin, and rotas
- Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
- Assume full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
- Ensure strong visual standards are maintained across the store
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and previous experience leading and developing a team
- Experience working to and driving KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven experience managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties
- Ability to motivate and drive a team to exceed performance goals
- Passion for the brand and commitment to living company values
