Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to grow sales and analyze data to drive revenue growth
• Mentor and motivate team members through coaching and leading by example
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and uphold high brand standards
• Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming shopping environment
• Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Associate Store Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience
• Proven skills in coaching and training team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maintain physical stamina for constant movement, including kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders
• Ability to exhibit discretion, professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy
• Strong collaborative skills and alignment with company culture
