About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
  • Provide daily and weekly sales targets to the store team to improve performance
  • Monitor KPIs and team performance through reporting and action plans
  • Control store operations including stock management, payroll, admin, and rotas
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
  • Assume full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
  • Ensure strong visual standards are maintained across the store

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and experience leading and developing a retail team
  • Proven experience driving KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties
  • Ability to motivate a team to exceed performance goals
  • Passion for the brand and alignment with company values
