Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to grow sales and analyze data to drive revenue growth
• Mentor and motivate team members through coaching and leading by example
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and uphold high brand standards
• Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming shopping environment
• Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience
• Proven skills in coaching, training, and team development
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maintain physical stamina for constant movement, including kneeling and climbing ladders
• Strong professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures
