Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving KPIs and identifying profit opportunities
• Set daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to drive performance
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through reporting and action planning
• Manage store operations including inventory, payroll administration, and scheduling
• Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through coaching and product training
• Assume full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Ensure strict adherence to visual merchandising standards throughout the store

Requirements

• Passion for the Levi Strauss & Co. brand and its values
• High level of customer service competence
• Proven experience leading and developing retail teams
• Experience working in fast-paced retail environments focused on sales targets
• Experience in store operations, inventory management, and administrative tasks
• Ability to motivate a team to optimize performance and KPIs
