About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving KPIs and identifying profit opportunities
- Set daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to drive performance
- Monitor KPIs and team performance through reporting and action planning
- Manage store operations including inventory, payroll administration, and scheduling
- Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through coaching and product training
- Assume full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Ensure strict adherence to visual merchandising standards throughout the store
Requirements
- Passion for the Levi Strauss & Co. brand and its values
- High level of customer service competence
- Proven experience leading and developing retail teams
- Experience working in fast-paced retail environments focused on sales targets
- Experience in store operations, inventory management, and administrative tasks
- Ability to motivate a team to optimize performance and KPIs
