Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive retail performance and exceed sales goals
• Cultivate a positive, safe, and fun team environment
• Maintain high merchandising standards to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to ensure a productive and collaborative atmosphere
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values

Requirements

• At least two years of management experience in a retail environment
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and general computer skills
• Experience in loss prevention and cash management
• Proven track record in recruitment, training, and performance management
• Experience with scheduling and payroll management
• Expertise in space management and visual merchandising
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting at least 30 lbs
