Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and coach an engaged, sales-driven retail team
• Conduct new hire onboarding, training, and performance feedback sessions
• Supervise daily store operations to ensure exceptional service standards
• Build lasting relationships with customers and manage customer feedback
• Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to drive profitability
• Maintain visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness standards
• Manage employee schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Support sales initiatives, promotional activities, and community outreach programs

Requirements

• 1-year of related retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency with retail POS systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with customer outreach and driving brand loyalty
• Experience in driving customer engagement through brand awareness initiatives
