Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in creating a store environment focused on exceptional customer experiences
• Coach and develop sales associates on company selling behaviors to drive performance
• Manage and resolve customer relations issues
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure proper staffing
• Manage the talent lifecycle including training, retention, and career development
• Lead and delegate the execution of company initiatives
• Support physical inventory processes and strategies to reduce shrink
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and replenishment processes are maintained
• Analyze business results and communicate SMART action plans to optimize operations
• Assist with weekly scheduling and managing payroll budgets

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail supervisory or management experience (clothing preferred)
• Ability to foster exceptional customer service and optimize selling models
• Strong delegation, follow-up, and communication skills
• Experience in talent assessment, coaching, and performance management
• Business acumen with strategic and analytical skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and non-business hours
• Strong time management and organizational skills
