Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to offer product recommendations
- Train and develop team members while monitoring daily KPIs
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and back-of-house operations
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting and communicating business updates
- Manage transactions, cash registers, and inventory organization
- Ensure health and safety regulations and product pricing accuracy
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to manage team performance
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and use stepping stools
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Eligibility to work in the US
- Highly motivated and target-driven with an interest in fashion
