Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to offer product recommendations
• Train and develop team members while monitoring daily KPIs
• Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and back-of-house operations
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting and communicating business updates
• Manage transactions, cash registers, and inventory organization
• Ensure health and safety regulations and product pricing accuracy
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to manage team performance

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and use stepping stools
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Highly motivated and target-driven with an interest in fashion
