Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to offer product recommendations
- Manage team sales, service standards, and daily KPIs
- Train and develop team members while conducting regular one-to-one performance meetings
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and back-of-house operations
- Support the Store Manager with recruiting, inventory management, and store opening/closing procedures
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and manage cash handling
- Ensure health and safety regulations and product pricing accuracy are maintained
Requirements
- Highly motivated with strong attention to detail
- Previous clientelling experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and use stepping stools
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Eligibility to work in the US
- Proficient in written and spoken English
