Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to offer product recommendations
• Manage team sales, service standards, and daily KPIs
• Train and develop team members while conducting regular one-to-one performance meetings
• Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and back-of-house operations
• Support the Store Manager with recruiting, inventory management, and store opening/closing procedures
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and manage cash handling
• Ensure health and safety regulations and product pricing accuracy are maintained

Requirements

• Highly motivated with strong attention to detail
• Previous clientelling experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and use stepping stools
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Proficient in written and spoken English
