Responsibilities

• Co-lead the team by embodying Kiabi's values and managing recruitment, training, and animation
• Implement commercial strategies to ensure a high-quality shopping experience for customers
• Develop the team's economic culture through commercial indicators to drive performance
• Manage the profit center in partnership with the Store Manager, including controlling operating costs and ensuring profitability

Requirements

• Higher education in commerce and management
• Significant experience as an Assistant Manager or Department Manager in Fashion or Retail
• Strong field management skills and customer relationship talent
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
• Ability to be versatile, reactive, and drive change
