About the role
Responsibilities
- Co-construct and implement store roadmap actions alongside the team
- Ensure application of sales policies in line with Kiabi Vision
- Optimize store visual merchandising and fashion image
- Analyze visual merchandising impact and propose action plans to improve KPIs
- Perform store opening and closing procedures, including fund management and security
- Train, motivate, and support the team throughout their employee journey
- Coordinate daily team activities and manage administrative tasks (contracts, holidays, schedules)
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating teams (e.g., Store Manager, Assistant Manager)
- Availability to work weekly shifts
- Passion for fashion and customer service
