Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Co-construct and implement store roadmap actions alongside the team
• Ensure application of sales policies in line with Kiabi Vision
• Optimize store visual merchandising and fashion image
• Analyze visual merchandising impact and propose action plans to improve KPIs
• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including fund management and security
• Train, motivate, and support the team throughout their employee journey
• Coordinate daily team activities and manage administrative tasks (contracts, holidays, schedules)

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience coordinating teams (e.g., Store Manager, Assistant Manager)
• Availability to work weekly shifts
• Passion for fashion and customer service
