Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the team by embodying Kiabi values and managing recruitment, training, and animation
• Implement commercial strategies to ensure a high-quality shopping experience for customers
• Manage the profit center in partnership with the Store Manager
• Control operating costs and drive team performance through commercial indicators
• Foster a culture of results to guarantee site profitability

Requirements

• Higher education in commerce and management
• Significant experience as an Assistant Manager or Department Manager in Fashion or Retail
• Strong field management skills and customer relationship talent
• Excellent organizational and IT skills
• Ability to work autonomously and drive change
