Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience at KIABI
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to ensure high performance and talent development
• Identify and recruit both internal and external talent
• Implement visual identity and collection trends to drive sales and enhance the customer journey
• Drive the achievement of store budgets and commercial objectives
• Analyze commercial indicators to make informed decisions regarding sales and customer service
• Ensure compliance with all company processes and procedures

Requirements

• Full national geographic mobility (starting in Alcorcón with future opportunities across Spain)
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating teams (e.g., Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar roles)
• Availability to work rotating shifts
• A strong passion for fashion and customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion or Marketing
• Training in sales techniques or Business Administration
