About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize operations and ensure the store is always customer-ready
- Implement weekly campaigns and improve sales strategies to maximize revenue and competitiveness
- Lead by example through active participation in sales activities and routine store tasks
- Coach and develop team members in customer interaction, needs assessment, and upselling techniques
- Create a positive, high-energy work environment through transparent communication and constructive feedback
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock accuracy, and coordinate replenishment needs
- Handle cash management responsibilities and maintain financial accountability
- Organize staff schedules efficiently to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Resolve customer concerns and conflicts with empathy and professionalism
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail team management, motivation, and staff development
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
- Demonstrated sales expertise and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to remain calm and provide effective guidance under high pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and basic financial responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays to support store operations and customer needs
