About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in optimizing operational processes and ensuring the store is ready for customers.
  • Motivate and coach the team to adopt the best sales approaches and provide an excellent shopping experience.
  • Implement weekly campaigns and create a positive, high-energy environment for the team.
  • Train team members on customer approach, understanding needs, and upselling techniques.
