Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities and manage B2B sales within the store
• Act as a partner to the Store Manager, taking on supervisory duties and leadership tasks
• Train and mentor the team on JYSK concepts and retail standards
• Prioritize and delegate weekly tasks to the team to ensure operational excellence
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take necessary actions to meet targets
• Maintain store presentation, manage campaign changes, and ensure the store is ready for customers
• Provide active feedback to team members to support their professional growth

Requirements

• Strong motivation to take on leadership responsibilities and lead by example
• Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and achieve results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for training and coaching others
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required for customer interaction and internal communication
