Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales and B2B sales activities
• Train the team on JYSK concepts
• Act as a partner to the Store Manager with supervisory duties
• Prioritize and delegate weekly tasks to the team
• Support shift planning and ensure campaign changes are implemented
• Monitor KPIs and take necessary actions to ensure commercial readiness
• Provide active feedback to team members to support their success

Requirements

• Motivation to lead a team and drive results through personal example
• Experience in supervisory roles (e.g., shift leader) is an advantage
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
• Ability to train, onboard, and guide others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Proactive, independent, and energetic team player
• Flexibility regarding tasks and working hours (mornings, evenings, and weekends)
• Strong written and oral Finnish language skills
