About the role
Responsibilities
- Run daily store operations in a dynamic environment
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets
- Optimize store processes and implement improvements
- Provide excellent customer service and advice
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions
- Utilize new retail technologies and systems
Requirements
- MBO working/thinking level
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Experience in leadership or coaching is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of English
- Result-oriented and social personality
- High level of flexibility

- Monthly salary between €2,540 and €3,150
