Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Run daily store operations in a dynamic environment
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets
• Optimize store processes and implement improvements
• Provide excellent customer service and advice
• Lead daily team meetings and conduct training sessions
• Utilize new retail technologies and tools

Requirements

• MBO working/thinking level
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Experience in leadership or coaching is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of English
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Result-oriented and social personality
