About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in optimizing operational processes and ensuring the store is ready for customers.
- Motivate and coach the store team to adopt the best sales approaches and maintain high energy.
- Implement weekly campaigns and drive sales results through effective leadership.
- Train team members on customer approach, understanding needs, and upselling techniques.
- Act as a role model by performing routine store tasks and engaging directly in sales.
- Work towards future career progression into a Store Manager role.
Requirements
- Proven experience in team management, motivation, and development.
- University degree (Bachelor's or Associate degree).
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire others.
- High customer service orientation and ownership of results.
- Ability to remain calm and provide direction under pressure or in stressful situations.
- Strong sales and retail talent with a passion for the industry.
- Flexibility to work weekends to support customers and the team.
