About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in optimizing operational processes and ensuring the store is ready for customers.
  • Motivate and coach the store team to adopt the best sales approaches and maintain high energy.
  • Implement weekly campaigns and drive sales results through effective leadership.
  • Train team members on customer approach, understanding needs, and upselling techniques.
  • Act as a role model by performing routine store tasks and engaging directly in sales.
  • Work towards future career progression into a Store Manager role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in team management, motivation, and development.
  • University degree (Bachelor's or Associate degree).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire others.
  • High customer service orientation and ownership of results.
  • Ability to remain calm and provide direction under pressure or in stressful situations.
  • Strong sales and retail talent with a passion for the industry.
  • Flexibility to work weekends to support customers and the team.
