Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in running the store and ensuring daily operations run smoothly in a dynamic environment
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and maintain high performance
• Optimize store processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
• Act as the face of JYSK by providing excellent customer service and advice
• Lead daily team meetings and provide training to team members
• Contribute to innovation by utilizing new tools and systems to improve the customer experience

Requirements

• MBO level of working and thinking ability
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment
• Fluent in Dutch; basic knowledge of English is required
• Result-oriented, social, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work in a retail schedule, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, including coaching colleagues or managing performance and absenteeism
