Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading all store employees, including Sales Stylists and Inventory roles
• Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve sales and service goals
• Manage day-to-day employee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
• Lead the store team on the sales floor, modeling exceptional service
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, shipping/receiving, and cleanliness
• Partner with inventory leadership to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Support visual merchandising execution and brand standards
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail management or supervisory experience
• Experience with retail operations, sales leadership, and merchandising
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to meet individual sales expectations (approx. $30,000 per month)
• Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and Microsoft 365
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak volume periods
