Assistant Store Manager I

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and team development
• Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand service standards
• Support sales goals through forecasting, planning, and monitoring KPIs
• Recruit, onboard, and coach team members to build a strong talent pipeline
• Oversee operational compliance, including scheduling, payroll, loss prevention, and visual merchandising
• Execute omni-channel and digital engagement strategies, including clienteling and virtual shopping support

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience in the retail or service industry
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling
